🌟 Welcome to my journey of transformation through meditation! 🌟

I’m Swayam from Cleveland, Ohio, and I want to express my gratitude to Patriji for introducing me to the 50 States 50 Masters program. This initiative aims to spread the power of meditation across the United States.

My meditation journey began when I faced a health issue and discovered meditation’s healing power through a dear friend Sheetal Pawar. Initially, I meditated a few days a week, but the positive changes I experienced led me to commit to daily practice. Since my New Year’s resolution in 2016, I haven’t missed a single day of meditation.

Through this journey, I’ve learned invaluable lessons from Patriji’s audios and books. Meditation has transformed me, awakening kindness, compassion, and forgiveness within me. It has not only healed me but also helped me understand the deeper truths of life and the soul.

Meditation isn’t just for healing or manifestation; it’s about realizing our true nature as souls and achieving enlightenment. By embracing a vegetarian lifestyle, I’ve awakened divine qualities and received profound wisdom through cosmic energy.

Guruji’s teachings have guided me to practice meditation, read spiritual books, and observe self-improvement. Sharing this wisdom is part of our journey to enlightenment, transforming ourselves and the world around us.

Come and join us everyday in meditation. Sit in meditation everyday for some time. Stop giving excuses of time. You are doing this for yourself.
Patriji says:
If you’re 20 years old, meditate for 20 minutes.
If you’re 45 years old, meditate for 45 minutes.
If you’re 5 years old, meditate for 5 minutes.
If you’re 70 years old, meditate for 70 minutes.
Whatever your age is, meditate for those many minutes. Give yourself 40 days of daily meditation to get the hang of it.
Anyone can do meditation anywhere & anytime. Meditation has to start from early days and it’s a myth that children can’t or don’t have to meditate.
In fact, Patriji says that meditation training should start from the womb and that’s why every one should learn meditation.
Just make a habit of meditating every day without fail. Say β€œyes” if you are starting meditation NOW. There’s never a better time than NOW. This is your moment. This is the time. Start your journey within NOW.

Observe the natural flow of your Breath: coming in and going out. Whenever any thoughts come, come back to observing your Breath.
