Full Moon Elemental Meditation for Release



This meditation will begin by finding the breath and using this breath to flow through the body’s energy field and chakras. I will guide you through releasing anything stored within these chakras and energy fields and ask the universe to replenish each chakra with the perfect amount of balance you will need. Each body is individual and each day is unique so this will show up differently for each of us, and differently each time we flow through this practice.

The meditation will continue on to use the assistance of the elements to help you release anything remaining in your awareness and set free the manifestations you set during the last New Moon cycle. Best done following my Full Moon Elemental Meditation.
