Global Fitness Challenge – Week 3: Nutrition



In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Girl Up and its global network of Clubs hosted the 2022 Global Fitness Challenge to help give every girl in every community the resources to lead a healthier life.

During Week 3, registered dietician & Culina Health co-founder Vanessa Rissetto, MS, RD answered questions about mindful eating and provided tips on how to prepare nutritiousβ€”yet deliciousβ€”meals that help fuel daily wellness.
