Squat jumps – 3 sets of 10 reps
Reverse lunge knee-ups – for 30 seconds
Burpees – 3 sets of 12 reps.
Clapping push-ups – for 30 seconds
Box jumps 3 sets of 10 reps
Stairway hops – for 30 seconds
Tuck jumps – 3 sets of 12 reps

40 lunges with biceps curls, wearing ankle weights and wrist weights and holding foam dumbbells
20 squats to overhead presses, wearing a booty band and holding foam dumbbells
38 lunges with biceps curls
19 squats to overhead presses
36 lunges with biceps curls
18 squats to overhead presses
Continue to work your way down
Weighted triceps dips – 10 rounds of 10 reps
Strict Pull-ups – 10 rounds of 10 reps
Push-ups – 10 rounds of 10 reps

SATURDAY and SUNDAY: Rest Day

Breakfast:
