I check in for a week summary of my health and wellness (social, mental, and physical) this past week (Monday 20 to Sunday 26 November 2023). It was a calmer week socially, including spending Thanksgiving with my family, mentally pretty even and physically a push week.

0:31 – Social – fed the critters all of their meals this week that they received; interactions while walking/running; Thanksgiving with my family at my Grandma Connie’s house (Grandma Connie, Aunt Danette, sister Lindsey and her husband Jake, mom Susan, dad David, and me – Tanis Coralee Leonhardi – as well as five dogs).

2:40 – Mental – even week, I did a good job of maintaining balance.
– 2:47 – Writing and photography on Yelp – reached 32 written and published reviews for November 2023; reached 398 written and published reviews for the 2023 year thus far; increased my all-time personal best for number of reviews in any one November and any one calendar year; reached 535 check-ins for the 2023 year (per my tracking) – new all time personal best for me for any one calendar year.
– 3:22 – Writing for Lucky Wallaby Courier (LWC) – eating/food (including restaurants); wildlife (including naming and squirrels learning to fly squirrel aircraft); hypothetical wedding planning; when I moved to South Africa in 2012 (Sunday last week); when I moved to Albany, California in 2016 (and some living stuff to October 2019); running training over the holiday(s); online retailer delivery Thanksgiving week.
– 7:11 – YouTube – themed day of the week videos continued; at least one sweet and/or savory eats video each day (filmed and published same-day); hypothetical wedding planning; vlog (slideshow with text transitions and overlays) from when I moved to South Africa in 2012 (Sunday last week) and when I moved to Albany, California in 2016 (included a video clip as well as the aforementioned for the other vlog).
– 7:45 – Reading – “Pride and Prejudice” by Jane Austen (1813; Penguin Classics 2008 published edition – hardcover), read pages 1 through 28 (started the book).
– 10:39 – Finances.
– Paid my Washington State Mayflower Society dues (for 2024; paid via Intuit Quickbooks).
– Current sweet and/or savory eats videos fund (including gas expenses) is at $145.94 (spent $42.82 since fund at $188.76 on Sunday 19 November 2023 – last Sunday; 9 videos, 24 products, 0 gas fueling).
11:58 – Physical (diet/food and exercise).
– Weight gain is showing, but maintenance/weight loss/weight regulation is going well.
– Reached 31 consecutive days of making my workouts, longest streak for me, Tanis Coralee Leonhardi, since I moved back to Washington State in October/November 2019.
– Running – made my workouts 5 out of 5 days.
– Rowing – made my workouts 6 out of 6 days.
– Strength training – made my workouts 6 out of 6 days.
– Cleaning house/yard work – made all my workouts (2 days).
– Stationary bicycle – made my workout (1 day).
