HempFusion Wellness CEO Jason Mitchell talks to Proactive on the group’s growth plans buoyed by the passage of California’s Assembly Bill 45 which permits the retail sale of products containing hemp-derived extracts and CBD, as well as its recent $2.94 million private placement.
Mitchell says it has expanded to over 2,000 additional new bricks and mortal retail locations, anticipating this number to grow ‘even more significantly.’ He adds while the group remains confident with its fundamentals, the group is ‘ready for coming regulations’ on the federal government side.
