Greetings! We are the 113th Combat Operational Stress Control (COSC) Medical Detachment Forward (FWD) under the 3rd Medical Command Forward (FWD). Mental health and wellness is essential to our self preservation and our ability to thrive both personally and professionally. We created this channel for service members from all branches, family and friends!

However, due to various cultural and structural barriers, we often do not seek services or prioritize our behavioral health wellness in the ways we need to. COSC is not a unit, but a mission inclusive of all the policies and programs to prevent, identify and holistically treat mental health injures sustained during combat or other operations.

We created this channel to bridge barriers to accessing care and to make psychological education easily accessible to you regardless of where you may be throughout your day.
