Drug dealers behind illegal cannabis adverts placed around London Tubes and billboards say the rules around the class B drug in the UK are “archaic and stupid”.

Dispenseroo is responsible for the cannabis adverts seen across public transport in the city. The posters which were put up illegally and without anyone’s permission are being used as a marketing technique to attract customers to their website.
