Late last week, Shroom House was all over the news. That’s because they’re selling psilocybin, even though retail sales are still illegal. Oregon voters approved Measure 109 in 2020, which legalized the therapeutic use of psilocybin in a clinical setting, and even that has yet to fully get off the ground.
