How to Provide Mental Health First Aid! ⛑ @Lifespan Wellness & Beauty – 60 is the New 40!

Mental Health First Aid is the first line of defense for someone experiencing a mental health crisis. Just like first aid for the body, mental health first aid has the goal of treating the person until more extensive help can be obtained. It’s important recognize the signs and know what to do when you, or someone you know is having a mental health crisis. You don’t have to panic or ignore the signs; with mental health first aid, you’ll be ready to confidently render assistance.
