We have surveyed over 10,000 employees to better understand how their personal money matters affect their day-to-day lives and their performance at work.
We found that 48% of US employees have money worries, leading to poor mental health, absenteeism, and lower retention rates equating to 11-14% of salary costs.
In The Employer’s Guide to Financial Wellbeing, we show how the use of a Financial Fitness Score can help employers understand the scale of the problem in their organisation and provide a framework for action. We have also developed a Financial Fitness Improvement Toolkit, that employers can use to specifically identify which actions will be best for them to improve their score, and reduce the cost of poor financial wellness in their business.
