Interrupted Burglary Leads to $5 Million Cannabis Warehouse Bust Operation Padlock – Queens

Aug. 8th, 2024 – Queens, NY: At approximately 3:00 a.m., officers from the 114th Precinct responded to a burglary call at 26-32 2nd St. where they apprehended two suspects who tossed bags of THC product that was traced back to the warehouse which upon discovery of the products inside then informed the NYC Sheriffs for help gathering and shutting down the facility.

At this time the warehouse bust is reportedly smaller then the one in the Bronx that took place in July but due to the amount of THC concentrate found at the location, it is believed that the value of the bust may possibly exceed the value of that prior bust. At this time, the early estimate for the Queens warehouse is $5 million.
