Suddenly CBD (cannabidiol) seems to be everywhere. But most of the products you see with this cannabis extract are technically illegal.

PBS NewsHour visited the nation’s only college course for growing weed — at the University of Connecticut — to explore the science and legality behind growing hemp to make CBD.
