I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas where I run a private practice focused on healing trauma, body issues (including eating disorders), relationship concerns and mood problems (such as depression and anxiety). I also work with athletes and performers to excel in their field. I am a registered yoga teacher and bring body awareness and mindfulness approaches to therapy when appropriate.
