Johannesburg City Manager Floyd Brink says there is no need to evacuate any of the people who live on Lilian Ngoyi Street, formerly called Bree, following a blast on Wednesday afternoon. Brink was addressing the media in Johannesburg yesterday on preliminary investigations into what could have led to the blast that caused the collapse of the street. One person died and 48 others were injured.
