Dr Karen will discuss how Wellness genomic testing is designed to identify any potential lifestyle diseases and to optimize your well-being and health by personalizing lifestyle and diet choices. The approach assists you to establish the optimal nutrition necessary for good health, longevity and disease risk mitigation.

Bio: Dr Karen Wolfe began as an Australian physician and is now a Health Coach, Speaker and author. Born in Sydney Australia, Karen graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and completed a Masters’s Degree in Psychology from National University in California. She worked initially in Australia as a family physician followed by 8 years of experience in the administration of national health care, wellness and senior programs in her role as the Medical Director of the Australian Government Health Service. Karen moved to the USA in 1991 and became a Holistic Health Coach with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is passionate about the message of β€œcreating health” and is skilled at delivering complex information in understandable ways to support mental, emotional and physical health. Her presentations on stress management, resilience, wellness and nutrition are relatable and understandable to everyone. Dr. Karen has been a guest speaker for many organizations, including the Young Presidents’ Association, the Allianz Global Investors and The National Association of Women Business Owners. In 2016, Dr. Karen was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by the National Wellness Institute.
