There are so many articles about losing weight. But, when
you do what is suggested, you eventually freak out and not only gain it back,
but put on more weight.
What if you could follow steps that could turn your body
into a fat-burning furnace that not only burns it off, but increases your
health benefits?
Here goes:
If you drink a glass of electrolyte water that’s filled with
so many nutrients as soon as you wake up, it starts your body’s metabolism and
cleansing. In addition, drink lots of electrolyte water all day as it will
flush out toxins from your fat cells.
Hard as it may be for some, a big breakfast is good. But,
and there’s always a but, it should be centered around organic fruits or
vegetables or anything that is not pasteurized or homogenized. And what’s
pasteurized or homogenized? All dairy products!
If you have two legs, you are designed to walk. If can, an
hour a day is very beneficial.
Your last meal of the day should be before 6pm. It allows
cells and organs to relax and excrete.
Too much weight equals too much candida. Too much candida creates excess candida yeast, which excels in weight gain.
If your digestive system is slow, do a colon cleanse. It will increase your metabolism, increase your bowl movements, and rid your body of embedded toxins.
If overweight and you use oil for cooking, 100% organic,
virgin, unrefined coconut oil is the best.
Grapefruits burn fat. Eat as much as you want all day.
Avoid aspartame aka NutraSweet, and all other artificial
sweeteners, including saccharin and Splenda, any and all MSGs, and anything
saying modified, texturized, or hydrolyzed. Oh yeah, you will find MSG in fast
foods, and foods with long shelf life.
Understand that an eating place that sells processed foods are feeding
you chemicals to addict you. It basically like a drug dealer hooking you. FYI
HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) creates fatness and addiction. Before you buy
something, read the label. If you cannot pronounce it do not buy it.
Stay away from anything “diet”! The ingredients addict you
and easily allow you to gain weight.
I hate to be a racist. But, if it’s white, it ain’t right!
So, white sugar or white flour is no good.
When you mix white flour with water it creates paste. If you need to
sweeten something, stevia, organic honey, organic maple syrup, organic
molasses, organic fruit juice and organic dates are your safe keys.
Eating an organic apple a day is essential. The apple is
loaded with fiber and nutrients, will decrease your appetite and normalize your
blood sugar. If you eat non-organic apples, make sure you peel off the skin
because all the chemicals and pesticides are located under the skin.
A liver cleanse is great. You can check it out by going to

Make sure whatever you eat for lunch and/or dinner includes
an organic salad. Whatever your dressing is try to use some organic apple cider
vinegar. It’s wonderful for weight loss. I like Bragg’s the best.
Adding spices or hot sauce to your meals will increase your
metabolism and allow you to burn fat quicker.
Fasting is great but, for some, it could be a nightmare. You
have to start slow. Every morning I start the day with a protein drink. I use
one banana, a scoop of Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge and organic coconut milk.

Today, I weigh 181 pounds and my energy is going through the roof. Just cut back on the size of your meals, do eat anything that had a face or a mother, avoid eating the chicken’s period (eggs) and avoid consuming all liquid fat (milk, cheese and ice cream.) You will eventually love the outcome.
Oh yeah, I used to eat organic oatmeal for breakfast until I learned that all oats, before harvesting, are sprayed with RoundUp to extend the shelf life. That’s when I gave up eating oatmeal.
