Mango & Strawberry Smoothie Bowl


Meet my morning skin ritual disguised as breakfast, full of delicious and tropical skin-loving ingredients!

I’ve included sweet mangoes packed with vitamins A and C – your complexion’s favourite beauty allies. The tangy strawberries serve as a powerhouse of antioxidants to keep your skin radiant and supple.

I especially love the chia seeds, a superfood known for its omega-3 fatty acids that help to maintain skin health, plus a scoop of Protein + Probiotics to nourish the skin cells. Finally, almond butter is loaded with Vitamin E to aid skin rejuvenation.

Ingredients:

To serve:

  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp granola

Method:

Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until they reach a smooth, creamy consistency. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with strawberries, granola and diced mango.
