Hi,
I have another Matcha talk for you! I have been feeling a little bit anxious lately and just wanted to jump on here to talk to you. I think it’s important to remember that we all have moments of feeling pressure which makes us anxious.
Something that usually helps me is meditating. I have a hard time staying consistent but since I started using my Sensate device it truly helps me relax. You just put it on your chest and it helps you breathe and relax while meditating.
Also, this matcha pumpkin spice recipe is soooooo so good!! You have to try it. I will write out the recipe below.

Pumpkin spice Matcha Latte:
– 2 grams ( 2 scoops) matcha
– 70 ml warm water
– 1/2 cup oatmilk
– 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
– 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
– 1 tsp maple syrup
