This 18-minute guided pelvic floor meditation + full body scan will help you relax and view your hypertonic pelvic floor with curiosity, kindness, and acceptance. Ideal for anyone who has pelvic pain or pelvic floor hypertonicity (i.e. too much pelvic tension).

Meditation and guided imagery are effective tools that can be used as part of a regular practice to provide stress relief and relaxation.
