I am very grateful for my healthy eating choices. Eating organic, plant-based, whole natural foods that grow has been a large contributor to my feel good self-care for 30 years. When I transitioned from eating unhealthy synthetic foods to eating healthy, vegan, organic foods, my taste buds quickly adapted to my healthy eating choices and I fell in love with delicious healthy food. The healthier I ate, the better I felt and I canโ€™t imagine eating any other way. The beloved Dr. Ann Wigmore, the Grandmother of the Holistic Movement and green, raw, living vegan foods, may she RIP, wrote a beautiful book, entitled,ย Be Your Own Doctor, and itโ€™s very simple and easy to understand. You can choose to eat food in your poison that is loaded with toxic synthetic ingredients that do not belong in your body that will destroy your body/mind/Spirit. You can also choose to eat healthy, plant-based, vegan, organic food and herbs that will nourish you and keep you feeling healthy and well. When I say Iโ€™ve been a holistic, organic, green, vegan herbalist for 30 years, I say this with humble gratitude.

When I read John Robbinsโ€™ย Reclaiming Your Health, I felt so inspired to make healthy eating choices and take responsibility for my health and wellness self-care. It feels wonderful to feel healthy. So, why on earth would I want to eat things that make me feel sick and miserable? The closer we eat to nature, eating healthy foods that grow that are non-denatured, the more vibrant and alive we feel. Isnโ€™t that what we all want? Here is a wonderful delicious recipe from my organic vegan kitchen that is very easy to make and you will love it and you will love how you feel after you eat it. The picture canโ€™t even do it justice. ย Enjoy the recipe.
