Here’s a bit about our guest. Zach was born and raised a multi-sport athlete, and even once he left athletics behind, has maintained an active and fit lifestyle out of the enjoyment of the activities involved. Zach has been a successful trainer in Big Box gyms for almost a decade now, and has always had a passion for inspiring, motivating, and coaching others on how to create the strongest and most capable version of themselves. Through these many passions of Zach’s, last year he founded Actualized Potential Coaching, through which he supports clients 1-on-1 in creating sustainable and impactful changes in their Health & Wellness by focusing on Physical Activity, Nutrition, Rest, and Mindset (The 4 Pillars).
