Oatmeal Cookie Recovery #Shake 🀀🀀 Diet Recipe



An oatmeal cookie, but hold the butter. Pack in protein after a solid workout and make this shake πŸͺ πŸ’ͺ

Ingredients:
1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Vanilla Ice Cream
1 scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, Chocolate
1/3 (80 ml) cup cottage cheese
Β½ cup (118 ml) skim milk
3-5 ice cubes
2 TBSP old-fashioned oats
ΒΌ tsp cinnamon
1-2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
Pinch of oats and mini dark chocolate chips (for garnish)

Directions:
In a blender, combine ice, milk, cottage cheese, 2 scoops Rebuild Strength, oats, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Grab a glass and spread Greek yogurt around the base, then pour shake in. Top with a pinch of oats and dark mini chocolate chips.
