The Buckeye State could be just days away from the first legal sale of recreational marijuana.

Ohio began issuing provisional licenses at the end of last week. Those awarded the provisional licenses in Southwest Ohio said there’s finally a light at the end of the tunnel of what’s been a months-long process.
