Former Victorian Liberal Party president Michael Kroger says the Victorian government is “out of control”.

“This government (is) out of control,” Mr Kroger told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

“It’s about time this government concentrated on important things.

“Victoria is an absolute financial and cultural basket case under this government.

“And I think it’s only getting worse.”
