Q&A Part 1: What is Hips Up Time, and Why Is It So Great for Prolapse?

Hips-up time is one of my favorite daily practices and something I recommend to all of my clients whether they have pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic tension, or pelvic discomfort of any kind. Avoid when menstruating, pregnant, or after a large/heavy meal!

Learn more about why I love hips-up time, and exactly how to do it, in this video. You’ll need 1-2 pillows, a bolster or meditation cushion, or a yoga block to place your pelvis on. Yoga blocks are easy to find in stores and online. Here’s an example: https://amzn.to/2LharB2
