Reclaim Your Moxie:™ Role of Peer Support in Health, Wellness & Addiction Recovery in the Workplace



United Survivors (United Suicide Survivors International) hosts a webinar on “Reclaim Your Moxie:™ The Role of Peer Support in Health, Wellness and Addiction Recovery in the Workplace” with Dana Piscopo, a.k.a. “Miss Moxie.” She is a Whole-Self Sobriety and Recovery Life Coach, owner of Color Your Life, LLC, and a Certified Corporate Facilitator for Addiction Awareness. For Oracle Corporation, she is a Senior Manager of Sales Operations in the Americas for the Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit. She shares her personal story of recovery, including the role of art. Dana highlights recovery stories of her colleagues in the corporate arena and data specific to the construction industry. Discover the important roles of peer support, mental health promotion, and suicide prevention in the workplace, and how employees have gotten back on track through Dana’s Reclaim Your Moxie™ program and her SAFE (Sobriety Awareness For Everyone) support group program.

More about the speaker
Dana is Senior Manager, Sales Operations – Americas, Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit at Oracle Corporation. She is a Podcaster on “4 Sober Chicks,” wife, confidant, and bonus mom to 3 kids. Dana recently started Forward Motion Recovery, LLC, as a founding partner bringing wearables and active coaching to the recovery space. She partners with those in the corporate arena challenged with substance misuse before it turns into addiction, and on the opposite end, coming out of treatment looking for an advocate. She is most passionate in finding that colorful moxie through joyful connection via individual and group sessions. She has instituted this program in her corporate role with group sessions helping colleagues become passionate about life, work, and finding their true purpose.
