Redfund Capital Corp (CSE:LOAN) (OTCMKTS:PNNRF) CEO Meris Kott tells Proactive Investors the cannabis-focused financier has formed a strategic alliance with hemp-auction platform Cannabis Mercantile Exchange that launches today.

Kott says Redfund will help with financing and building clientele, of which 57 are signed up already Kott says 2.5 tonnes of hemp biomass has been listed for auction so far.
