About Robert Jappie

Robert is the Head of Mackrell Turner Garrett’s Crime and Regulatory Team in London. With more than eight years’ experience in the fields of complex crime, business crime, serious fraud and regulatory matters, Robert assists a wide range of clients, whether individual or corporate.

Robert has represented clients in a variety of regulatory and criminal investigations and prosecutions brought by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and the National Crime Agency (NCA).

He also has particular expertise in organised crime investigations, drug trafficking/importation, money laundering offences and complex POCA proceedings.

Robert is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association and has previously been a part of the legal team at Release, which is the national centre of expertise on drugs and drugs law.
