Today’s topic: Male Perspectives on Violence, Emotional Outputs, and overall expression

1.Did you know about October being National Domestic Violence Awareness Month? Did you learn anything you can share?

2. What is your experience/s with domestic violence? Did you grow up seeing it prior to experiencing it yourself?

3. Did you feel comfortable reporting the abuse? Did you tell other people in your life while it was happening, or even after it happened?

4. Do you feel that being a victim of abuse affected your perception of your manhood or masculinity?

5. As a male what challenges did the last two years present you with emotionally?

6. How did being a victim change you?

7. When we discuss domestic violence as a whole we rarely think about females abuse towards their male counterparts, there’s a power dynamic to interpersonal relationships. Why do you think we haven’t extended that conversation by 2022?

8. Do you have advice for other men who have been in a similar situation?

Thank you everyone for tuning in. Please follow us on social media

R E V O L U T I O N A I R I E S

Why We founded For Us:
For Us 4 Us is a platform to bring together like-minded millennial marginalized folks. We are pushing back at cultural appropriation and bringing access to our people.

For Us was established to be that voice in the crowd, to get you that seat at the table, join us as we grow our community of marginalized voices everywhere.

Fearlessly Organized Revolutionaries of the United States is a new social class system that works on creating safe spaces for millennial souls who have done everything right, and still got everything wrong.

We will bring tools into our communities to help engage our youths, courses to help grow our businesses, classes and events that promote mental health wellness and positive thinking, as well as advocate policy changes regarding Sustainability, Criminal Justice Reform, Equity, and Women’s Rights.
