Tiffany’s Salad Recipes

Recipe #1
Mediterranean Salad Dressing:

1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar (I use the California Balsamic brand)
1/3 cup aquafaba (garbanzo bean juice)
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

Incorporate all ingredients into a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
This recipe typically accommodates two mason jar salads depending upon how much dressing you use.
Double recipe as needed.

Recipe #2
Homemade Taco Seasoning

2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano

Recipe #3
Homemade Salsa

6 to 8 chopped Roma tomatoes
6 cloves of garlic
2 jalapenos–seeds removed–unless you like heat
1 chopped green bell pepper
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
fresh cilantro(stems removed) to your liking

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to your desired consistency.
You can also hand mix salsa ingredients as well if you prefer a chunkier texture,
Store in an airtight container, please refrigerate.
Salsa can last up to 5 days or longer

* For an added kick, roast the garlic and jalapenos first before blending

Whisk all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Regular oregano will work fine as well,
Adjust recipe amounts as needed.
