The mother of two took to Instagram on Tuesday, uploading a heartfelt clip in which she talked about the past 12 months and the many obstacles she’s faced along the way, including being diagnosed with melanoma and breast cancer.
Elsewhere, she spoke about collaborating with Zoul – an app focused on meditation, health and sleep, and talked about being able to use the tool as a way to “find peace, calm her mind and work on getting better”. ]Your inner strength and resilience.”
In a quiet green spot located in her sprawling home, Sarah (65 years old) told her followers: “I truly found true joy and peace. It was not cancer that prompted me to remove the shackles from my heart, but it was because of mental alertness and mental health, and I was searching for The place where I can get all the amazing information about the most amazing app [where you can practice] different types of mindfulness.
Taking a look at her own routine, she proceeded to explore a small corner of her garden with a whimsical wooden bench nestled under a large tree. “What I do every day is find a really quiet place, and not just this [place], I love trees, I love walking in the park… and being really mindful of gratitude,” she explained. We look and think how lucky we are.”
