Leftover satays (but you shouldn’t have, it’s too yummy!!) you can use it to make “Nasi Goreng Satay” add Satay Sauce or Sambal Tumis to enjoy.

Method – 1 pack 50 grams to 1 Kg of meat of your choice, add sugar (90 grams) and marinate overnight. Skewer and grill.
