SEIZE AND DESTROY: A farmer raided by the SC Law Enforcement Division in 2019 has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit, accusing the state’s top law enforcement agency and top prosecutor’s office of conspiring to find a way to arrest him and destroy millions of dollars in his hemp crop.

A crop he had a license to grow.
