Shri Manoj Kannan presents 9 effective practices to lose 9 kg weight fast as 9 day package. One practice will be released per day. These practices must be practised daily to reduce weight fast. Most practices are from Tibetan Yoga, which has spiritual as well as physical benefit in tuning the body with the positive vibrations of the universe.
Lets discuss how to perform Table Pose – Day 2 :
1.Sit with knees bent, feet touching ground, hands close to thigh touching ground.
2. Breathing-in, lift the middle porting of body with neck fully stretched backwards.
3. In this position, body should be straight and parallel to floor. Legs and hands acts as balancer’s.
4. Breathing-out, slowly come back to normal position.
5. Repeat the above steps daily, 5 counts for beginners. This pose is popularly known as Table Pose.
6. Table pose brings balance in the body and stretches all muscles equally.
7. The gentle stretch is at the arms, shoulders, wrists, hips, core, thighs, knees and the spine, balancing and relieving the tensions thereafter.
8. Regular practice of Table Pose tones the body muscles and helps in crushing excess fat.
