State Rep. Ed Osienski has filed legislation to expand medical marijuana patient access. Osienski’s bill, H.B. 1584, would allow patients with chronic pain to use marijuana in addition to their prescribed medications. If passed, the bill would make New Jersey the 24th state to legalize medical marijuana.
