Solving Mental Health Challenge for college students

## Inspiration
**Code With Harnoor**(Singh In Usa) inspired us to solve the mental health challenge faced by college students and what impact can be made through our application cum website to reduce suicidal rates.
## What it does
– Our vision is to connect the students through campus seminars
With in hour counselling scheduled meet and live video help
-Provide assistance to the students through friends, peers and seniors in campus
-Motivating for building healthy habits through various social groups. (Yoga and Meditation)

## How we built it
1. Through MIT App inventor using gaming extensions and API integration.
2. Build the website from HTML

## Challenges we ran into
1. Integrating two APIs, AI chatbot and gaming extensions in our app
2. Finding various surveys and studies on GOOGLE about mental illness data
3. Getting into the mindset and attitude of students affected with suicidal tendencies.
4. After all, team of 5 people worked on the whole process.

## Accomplishments that we’re proud of
1. Our vision and dedication to solve the problem effectively.
2. Tapping the current landscape that is left blank on the field of instant counselling through people from social circle.
3. Relieving students from the pressures of academics, financially and in relationships by providing counselling.

## What we learned
1. We learnt that the technology has the power to solve our daily problems if we use it wisely.
2. In today’s world the competition has impacted more to the mental health of students.
3. If we take care of mental challenges and talk about it openly the mental burden gets reduced.

## What’s next for Svaasthya
1. We will keep updating the challenges in our app through new games like chess, puzzle.
2. Managing the data of students by linking through there google accounts to reach globally.
3. Provide counselors a certificate of appreciation by the university.
4. Monetary and Pointers benefits to those involved in counseling.
5. Getting more universities to collaborate with our vison.
