There are certain anxiety recovery stages one must go through to meet with inner peace and healing. Today I will share with you these steps. Some people have the mistaken belief that healing anxiety is a linear path, it’s not at all. This windy and many times frustrating journey comes with different stages and chapters in a persons life that when learned from takes them to the next step, or level (for you gamers out there). The key is to identify with these anxiety recovery stages and to recognize the changes happening in your own life. When we can do this it becomes clear where our focus is turned to and that is towards healing anxiety and not managing anxiety symptoms.
Everyone passes through these anxiety recovery stages, some are just more unconscious of the journey compared to others.
This healing journey humbles every man and woman. It’s amazing how anxiety can bring us literally to our knees (listen to my story on YouTube), begging for freedom and a sense of lightness at times. Do not be deterred however if you are currently feeling a little pessimistic towards your own healing. This will pass. You will be met with the epiphanies that will lead to understanding. Once that understanding arises it’s your job to recognize how it connects to these anxiety recovery stages and keep moving forward being led by your intuition.
The time is now to commit to what your mind, body, and spirit need.
When we prioritize others along with other aspects of our lives we run into pain and suffering. However, when we get our priorities right we begin understanding that everything else improves by focusing on ourselves first anyway.
