Diane is a mindfulness meditation coach who works with busy professionals and entrepreneurs to help them to master their mindset to achieve more, worry less, and find more happiness. She helps people go from stressed and overwhelmed to calm and content, a place where there is always enough time and energy for the things you love.

Diane is no stranger to the demands of juggling different responsibilities. Coming from a background in corporate and being an entrepreneur for 11 years, Diane jointly invented a product and took it from concept to the shelves of major retailers in the UK, Europe, and the USA, while also raising two children and looking after a husband, home and pets.

Diane’s personal passion is connecting; with family, friends, pets, and nature, and she spends everyday building memories and a life with few regrets. Working with clients as a mindfulness coach enables her to fit more of this into her life and to share all she has learned along the way.

There is nothing better than hearing that clients have banished their negative thoughts and made space in their life to connect with their passions and now have the mindset to create and store positive happy memories.

Her other passion is discovery; travelling to new places and learning new things, especially anything associated with health, wellness, and happiness, oh and good food and wine, which is something perpetually on her mind!
