Cole currently resides in Fort Myers with his wife Rachel and three children Sterling, Hannah, and Jackson. Cole Peacock has worn many hats over the years and has been involved with many business ventures. Over the past few years Cole is making a name for himself in the Florida hemp industry and he is picking up speed. Cole Peacock who is Co-Founder / Co-Partner of Seed And Bean Market ( Florida’s First Cannabis Café and CBD Marketplace and the 2nd in the US ), Pure Native Premium Hemp and C3 Investments in the Medical Cannabis/Hemp industry. Cole recently was appointed by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Governor’s Office as Vice- Chairman of the First Hemp/Cannabis Statewide Advisory Board. He was involved with the Florida Constitutional Amendment for Medical Marijuana and has been working on the ground level for the last years to help form the Cannabis Industry in Florida.

Peacock’s Florida story started in 1983 in Fort Myers, Florida. Peacock comes from a family of fifth generation Florida peanut farmers. Cole graduated from Cumberland University where he was academically and athletically involved. A class president with dreams of making a difference in the world and a hunger for knowledge. After Cole graduated from school he got involved in the political world. He has worked on several campaigns ranging from US Senate, US Congress, Governor, State Senate, State House of Representatives, and Mayoral races. He has over 20 years’ experience as a Corporate Executive in the areas of Retail, Corporate Branding, Operations, Strategy, Governmental Relations and non-profits including charitable giving, community development, investor relations, crisis management and social responsibility. Cole has broad corporate experience ranging from Fortune 500 Executive at Chico’s FAS to Executive Change /Restructure agent for Exeter Finance a subsidiary of Blackstone Capital, top 5 merger/ investment firm in the world. Peacock joined Chico’s FAS in 2000 where he spent the next ten years on the retail organization’s Corporate Executive team overseeing corporate relations, branding programs. associate programs. retail operations, customer engagement and loyalty programs, strategic planning, investor relations, governmental and community relations as well as overseeing national charitable giving.
Peacock is a member of the 2008 /2009 Leadership Florida Class, Leadership Florida Regional Council, Florida Hemp/Cannabis State Advisory Board, Florida GulfCoast University, Lutgert School of Business Board of Directors, Hodges University Presidents Council, Step up for Students, past Community Advisor for News-Press Editorial Board, Florida Chamber, Executive Board, Florida Retail Federation as well as serving on a number of non-profit Boards including AMI Kids, Boys and Girls Club Be Great Campaign, Children’s Advocacy Council American Red Cross of SWFL, Edison Ford Winter Estates, Foundation for Lee County Public Schools.
Cole has changed Florida’s cannabis industry and is continuing to bring innovative business strategies and ideas to the industry. He believes in “never never never giving up”, which is how Seed and Bean Market, “Florida’s First Cannabis Cafe” was created in the first place. Cole has helped bring new and fresh ideas to the Fort Myers area and the state of Florida. His words to live by are “you have to give to receive”. Cole has a passion for giving back to the community and creating safe spaces for all individuals. Cole Peacock has accomplished a lot in his lifetime but he isn’t close to being done yet.
