This is typically the time of camp when injuries can become an issue. So far the Trojans have escaped any serious setbacks, however, that might have changed. It is still unconfirmed, however, another media outlet is reporting that USC could be down a defensive lineman. I have the latest information.
USC is also getting its linebacker corp healthy before the first game of the season in less than two weeks. However, freshman Tackett Curtis is ready to play and Coach Riley explained why following Monday’s practice during Mock Game Week.
In the 2nd segment of the show, I have a recruiting update that gives some insight into where USC is looking on the defensive side of the ball. The Trojans made the final cut for two guys, one is a linebacker, and the other is a Rush End, and both are big-time.
