Join us as we visit the Health and Wellness Center at Holy Child and Saint Martin Episcopal Church. UTO awarded a grant so that the congregation could add an elevator, increasing access to the lower level of the church, so they could expand their Wellness Center. The Center offers free healthcare resources, help with navigating healthcare processes, exercise class, and food for community members. Dr. Ron Mitchell, founder of the Wellness Center, along with Malissa Mitchell and Carmen Vadad, share more about how the elevator has impacted their ministry. Bishop Marc Andrus also talks about why this ministry is so important in Daly City.
