Vegan ranch dressing
Ingredients:
• ½ cup hemp seeds
• ½ cup water (or more for desired consistency)
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Optional: 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast for extra flavor
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the hemp seeds, water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and black pepper.
4. Blend again until everything is well combined. Adjust the seasoning and consistency by adding more water or salt as needed.
5. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
