Wellness Wednesday June 2022: Coming Ohm to a Healthy Brain – Benefits of Yoga for Brain Health

Come, experience, and learn how yoga can improve brain health. In this Wellness Wednesday event our yoga instructor, Vanessa Barron, will take you through a light yoga session (with seated modifications) and tell her story on how yoga impacted her life. You will then learn the current research on the effects of yoga and mindful movement on the brain and body and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
