More than 80% of large employers offer a workplace wellness program, yet nearly 83% percent of employees report feeling emotionally drained from their work. Outdated workplace wellbeing programs aren’t working, so how do employers adjust to the ever-increasing demand for a healthier workplace? In this talk, Anna Greenwald, CEO of On the Goga, an Organizational Wellbeing company, shares her work to extend the concept of workplace wellbeing to meet the needs of a new era of work, and just maybe, to change the way we work for good. Anna Greenwald is the Founder & CEO of On the Goga, an Organizational Wellbeing company with a simple, guiding principle: Happy People Do Great Things. Through her work she and her team help organizations and leaders translate the latest research in positive and organizational psychology into practical behaviors and policies to create happier, healthier, and more successful teams. She has had the privilege of working with organizations across the globe, including Johnson & Johnson, PwC, L’Oreal, Jet.com, and Lyft. Greenwald is a Mindfulness and Emotional Wellbeing speaker and facilitator. She currently sits on the board of Philadelphia Startup Leaders and serves as the Director of Recruitment & Professional Development for Philadelphia’s Mayoral Millennial Advisory Committee.
