Today in our episode of our project about healthy habits, Vika will tell us about the benefits of team training, and also share some secrets about how to choose the right partner for this sport, and what you need to pay special attention when performing these exercises. Training with a partner will help you to make sure that the exercise was performed in compliance with the correct technique.
In this 6th episode of our wellness project, Vika prepared exercises for your abdominal muscles and buttocks. In contrast to the simulators, this training will allow you to catch the balance, that increases the number of muscles involved, which are inactive in the gym. And while you pump the buttocks, your partner who will keep the body static, will work out the core.
