On May 22, 2022, a Campbell Police officer observed a vehicle with expired registration since May 2021 in La Crosse, WI. After initiating a traffic stop, there was visible suspected marijuana on the floorboard. The woman stated it was not marijuana and handed the officer a container containing THC.
